Reduction of Weight.

[Handwritten note: yes] All stampings with the exception of steering levers might be slightly reuced in size and weight; this would mean re-sinking all the dies.

[Handwritten note: yes] Cross frame tubes might each be 1 gauge thinner.

By such means it might be possible to reduce the weight of the car 40 or 50 lbs.

[Handwritten note: we must find some forms to compensate] It should be noted that series 2100 cars will be heavier than 2000 by amount of extra weight due to inverted springs and their fittings, and to tie rods under frame.
