We have sent to you under sparate cover, the Gasoline Feeding Device described in Mr. Olley's memo OY2/FMF17518 attached.

Mr. Royce is of the opinion that this mechanism is probably not of much use to us, but that you may as well test it in conjunction with an aero or car engine, since it has come all the way across the Atlantic.
