SHOP. Fit standard Bentley Unit. While this is being run, the alum head should be modified to the attached memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}12/JH.6.7.37.

Power and detonation and the effect of back pressure on power.

Effect of (a) valve timing (b) valve lift. on exhaust loss and back pressure 5-7 days.

SHOP. Fit alum inclined valve head and I/C block. with large valve block and solid valve as modified above to give C.R. = 6.4

POWER, detonation and back pressure 3 days,

SPARES.
(1) Two sets of valve details.
(2) Re-conditioned alum T.H.
