Dear Mr.West,

In reply to yours of the 23rd., I have had a chat with Mr.Neill, who, as you know, is handling the Trafficator developments.

The Trafficator design is, at the moment, rather in the "melting pot" as we are getting out a new line of instruments and this really explains the delay in making up the special ones you asked for. I hope, however, that the position will soon have straightened out and we will then arrange to make up the samples you require.

Yours sincerely,
A.W. Watson
