17-EX - ROAD SPRINGS.
~~X1360~~

The correct springs for this car are :-

Front 1000 lbs. Initial camber 2.1".
Rear 1500 lbs. 25% stiffer type. Initial camber 1.4"
Thick leaf.

If no 1000 lbs. front springs are available, the next weakest should be fitted.
Some 1050 lbs. springs should have been ordered for the 12 sports cars that the Works were going to make.

The rear springs required are at present on 12-EX.
We have a new pair on order for 12-EX due to arrive any time and as soon as they are to hand, the 1500 lbs. spring on 12-EX should be transferred to 17-EX.
We should like all springs fitted to Expl: cars to be cadmium plated;
