Sidgreaves - MD}15/E31.12.30 Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/MJ.18.12.30 I have been in communication with E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} on this subject and, whilst appreciating the importance, he says that he fears it will not be possible to have the scheme ready to submit to R.{Sir Henry Royce} under about 6 weeks.
