Phantom III Flywheel.
====================

We send you herewith:-

LeC.5235 showing a method for balancing the flywheel dynamically. This consists of making the flywheel cover with 12 additional tapped holes, and in one of these a setscrew is inserted, the weight being selected from a range of screws. This can be done by working through the cover on the clutch pit after the chassis is erected.

We also show at the bottom of the clutch casing a cored hole so that parts or tools can be removed if accidentally dropped inside the casing.
