20 HP. CAR - ROAD WHEELS.

Replying to RS{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}/M14.5.28.

We have the smaller wheels and tyres suitable for the 20 HP. but they look ridiculous if we put them on to the present standard car, and also, it has been agreed that it would be necessary to modify the rear portion of the car so that the ground clearance is not sacrificed when the wheels are fitted.

So far we have received no instructions for the necessary alterations for raising the petrol tank etc.

Acting on your instructions, we are commencing to build an India 3. using all the new pieces which have so far been instructed, and completing the car with standard parts. We attach a list of all the new parts which will be fitted to this car.
