Borrowing parts from chassis 11-MC for the 15-MC Trials Car, causing a delivery problem for the former.

With reference to the trouble with the fan of this car reported to you on the 25th ult. we are still waiting to receive the following parts:- (1) Governor Casing. (2) Shutter Control Rod. (3) Fan Belt. So that we might use 15-MC, we have had to borrow the parts in question from chassis No. 11-MC. which was standing at Lillie Hall at the time the trouble occurred on 15-MC. Since borrowing the parts from 11-MC, the customer who ordered it has paid for it and demanded delivery and we are in a position, after having received his money, of being unable to deliver the chassis because it is incomplete.
