Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Mantell.

Your carburetter has been submitted to our Chief Engineer and after careful consideration of its merits we have come to the conclusion that we do not wish to proceed further with its development for the time being at any rate.

We should like to thank you for the assistance and courtesy you have extended to us in connection with this matter and to assure you that we much appreciate the large measure of success which you have succeeded in attaining.

We regret that this decision prevents us from going further into the matter with you.
