We received this Car with a complaint of overheating of engine.

We have fitted a new Mk.VI Matrix, and the one removed is being returned by road immediately. Will BP kindly hand it over to Std upon receipt.

We shall be glad if RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} will kindly let us have a replacement Matrix at the earliest opportunity. If this can be despatched to-night, so much the better.
