- 2 - Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd. 16.1.37. state, which, frankly, we do not recommend, for the reasons which came out of the discussion we had with you some time ago. The only reason why we sell Hoyt AV.B is that sometimes discriminating clients ask for a metal of this character, and in that case we supply it. We cannot think that Bugatti could have had phenomenal success with a metal of this character, although we are quite prepared to believe that for their particular engine Hoyt AV.B may have given them fairly good results. As a result of this investigation, it is quite possible they may now go for one of the improved forms of Hoyt NUMBER ELEVEN, such as has been tried by your goodselves. We are, dear Sirs, Yours faithfully, THE HOYT METAL CO. OF GREAT BRITAIN, LIMITED. [Signature] DIRECTOR | ||
