Fabric Coupling. Sec.6000.
---------------------------

One thing which seems to have been missed in the meeting of April 10-16 seems to have been the fabric coupling.

Would like to refer to your attention Oy1/DM.{D. Munro}12.4.30.

In fewest words :-

(1) We do not think the screwed ferrules are satisfactory and suggest rivets.

(2) We do think that bulged fabric couplings are better than plain, but if so, we agree that Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}' joggling tests should prove it.
