358, Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} at W. Copy to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} P.III Body Weights. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} tells us that in commenting on the weight of the body just completed by Barkers for 39-EX, viz: 12 cwt. 1 qtr. 18 lbs., you stated it is no lighter than a normal body by Gurney Nutting & Co. We have turned up our records of all P.IIIs completed by Gurney Nutting to date but cannot find one where the body weighs less than 12 cwt. 3 qtrs., and this appears to be a lighter type of body, i.e. a 2-door body without a division. Will you please give us the chassis number of the Gurney Nutting bodied P.III you had in mind when you spoke to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}/ | ||
