First proof inspection report on Bush - Rockers from Vandervell Products Ltd., detailing dimensional errors and burrs.

Samples submitted show five dimensionally passable., the remaining five are minus .001/.002 on the .7535-1 dia. The chamfers in the .595+5 dia. must be deleted. The two faces of the gap must be kept flat and free from burrs which are in evidence on samples (see sketch). These Burrs prevent the two faces correctly bedding together when Bush is compressed.
