To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} c. BY/Cgh.{W Clough} X53TD Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/KT.1.8.33. SERVOS. This is to ask you to let us have, as soon as possible, the servo to GL.{G. Linnett}609 with modifications to BY/VP.2/E.29.7.33. We have not now got an efficient servo and this scheme, with which we can use either Ferodo or cotton, does away with any necessity to handle the fabric with oily hands. Secondly we very much want Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}'s dashpot to N.Sch.3782. By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will send you details in a day or two.
