Dear Sirs,

We are now in receipt of your letter of the 2nd. inst. The size of the engine we require the Carburetter for is 3" X 4½" - six cylinders. The maximum horse power is obtained at 3000 R.P.M.

From your catalogue, the type G2 Carburetter horizontal with controllable jet seems to us to be the most suitable type for our engine.

If you are of the same opinion, we should be pleased if you could send us one of these carburetters on sale or return. We would then mount this carburetter on the engine and when it was ready for running, we might ask you to send one of your representatives to see it working in order that it should have the best chance of success.

If you are not prepared to send the carburetter on sale or return, will you please let us know and we will send on an order.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
