We are returning to you today under cover of our advice note No.55 one set (six) sparking plugs, K.L.G. type P.850 (platinum tipped) removed from the above chassis at the instructions of Lp{Mr Lappin} - misfiring at slow speeds.

A standard set of 850 plugs has been fitted.

For your information, the mileage to date is 5400.
