Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd., Payable as follows:- 25% upon cable or other acceptance prior to November first 1921 at 12 o'clock noon or 8 hours G.M.T.. 50% upon delivery of assignment of Patents to your accredited agent in U.S.A. 25% 10 days thereafter. All payments to be made at the then current rate of exchange at the office of The Bank of Burlingame, Broadway, BURLINGAME, California, U.S.A.. through your factor or accredited agent in this country. Complete technical details and comprehensive manu-facturing information will be issued when the Patents are delivered. It has been found and conclusively proven after pro-longed investigation that it is cheaper and safer to use a DRAKE Lock-Nut than a castellated nut and cotter pin where vibration is constant and severe.
