ORIGINAL.

PHANTOM ENGINE - EXPERIMENTAL INDUCTION PIPE.

We send herewith drawing LeC. 2448., shewing experimental induction pipe for future application to Phantom engines.

This scheme has particular reference to using a carburetter on the steering side of the engine, but in this instance it is desired to try it out experimentally on the blue sports chassis.

Would you kindly issue the necessary instructions for producing the pattern, etc. The same pattern could be made to produce both the plain type of junction with the manifold, and the type having a lip around the entrance port.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
