Mr. L. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Golden, Service Manager of Pontiac Motor Company asked me last night about Captain E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Waters, who apparently is working for them on the Coast, was with Rolls Royce, he says. Do you know anything of E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Waters? I don't think I ever met him.
