Dear Sirs, With reference to the Fabroil Gears with which you recently supplied us, to Order No. 74280, we have now run these gears for a considerable period and a failure has occurred on one of them which we should like to discuss with you. The Writer will be away from the Works next week and therefore it would be most convenient for your Representative to come on either Friday or Saturday of this week.
