a hole in the hub cap and is located in position in a hole or slot formed in or carried by the hub shell.
8. Disc-covered wheels according to Claim 1 in which the free end of the valve extension has an auxiliary valve adapted to open and close with the valve on the wheel rim.
9. Disc-covered wheels according to the preceding claims in which the free end of the valve extension is provided with a screwed collar adapted to take a seating in a recess formed around the opening in the disc, hub cap or the like, and to receive a sealing cap.
10. Disc-covered wheels fitted with pneumatic tyres in which the free end of a tyre valve extension is located and adapted for use substantially in any of the ways herein described and shown in the accompanying drawings.
