The car was tested on the same road again this afternoon with Mr. Northey & myself as passengers & Mr. Messervey driving. The steering was satisfactory.
The only points altered were front dampers set at 100-85 lbs each way & the end play of both pivots corrected to standard limits.
The next job decided was to go back to the 80-70 lbs standard load of the front dampers. Repeat the test & report the result to Mr Northey.
He brought another car along with the same symtoms as 137 X.J. & with Mr. Bellringer, has asked me to
