We acknowledge, with thanks, your communication of the 11th instant, on receipt of which we immediately communicated with our Works asking them to expedite despatch of the 2 magnetos in question, and we anticipate that they will be in a position to despatch from Works by the end of this week, or at latest, the beginning of next week. With reference to the last paragraph of your letter, we enclose herewith a blueprint shewing the amount of hand and automatic advance which can be obtained with the AG6-A magneto, and we regret that it is not possible for us to supply a machine which attains its maximum amount of advance at a speed more in line with your requirements, but in other respects we feel sure that so far as the other points of your specification are concerned, this larger machine will more nearly reach your requirements, in addition to which it gives a total range of 60° as required.
