Bailey - Chief Engineer} agree it is essential to replace First and Second Speed Wheels at present instructed by H's Torsionally Free Scheme, to LeC. 2020. The first scheme instructed had been tested and passed as being satisfactory by Mr.Stant. to H's scheme. It was incorporated in original "India" program, but later Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} found when he tested the same box the gears gradually worked out.
