Dear Mr. West,

We are now at a stage where we want to dispose of every set of our current model car radio receiver.

Undoubtedly you do not want to keep the set on loan to you, for as soon as we are ready (about one month) I will let you have a new model.

In the circumstances I would appreciate it if you could arrange to let me have your on loan set back for disposal.

In the event of any of your staff wanting to take it over for use on their own car it is available at £9.9.0.

Yours very truly,
