PHANTOM 11 SHOCK ABSORBERS. 7520.

Attached is a curve for the loading of Phantom 11 shock absorbers which corresponds to the loads they are able to get on Production.

It will be noticed that this differs slightly from the previous curve we sent out.

The modifications have been due to gland friction etc causing the loads obtained practically to differ somewhat from our calculations.

It will be noticed that the washers now required are, front shock absorbers .065 and .085 rear shock absorbers .075 and .090.

We hope that it will be possible to grind the shock absorber valve springs to a correct length in the Works and so bring them into line with the other fine limits to which we are working on this job.
