In my examination of the Fescolised tappets I was not aware that one had been taken away.

The Fescolised surface on one tappet had broken up and three more showed signs of peeling.

These tappets have been sent back to Fescol Ltd. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Butler, of RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}'s Dept., has the matter in hand.
