Moisture issues with a terminal's insulation, awaiting War Office advice for production and testing of a new sample set.

due to moisture working in between the metal terminal
and its sleeve of insulation.

We expect to receive in due course some
advice from the War Office in respect to the recommendations
that will be put forward by Major Rowcroft, and if an
instruction is received to go ahead with the production
of a sample set to this specification we shall very quickly
be able to equip an engine and put in hand the necessary
tests.
