We have to-day taken tests of maximum speed on the
Monthlherry track with 28 - EX and 21 G 1V.

The results are as follows:-

28 - EX.

Hydraulic adjustable rockers in operation

TIME FOR 1st - 3rd and 5th laps. M.P.H.
1st.- 1 Minute 7.4 seconds. 85.958.
3rd.- 1 " 7.2 " 86.214.
5th.- 1 " 7.2 " 86.214.

clearances made - Inlet .004; Exhaust .006

The speedometer read 81 MPH. for actual 86 MPH.
