To Ms. for Miss Williamson. from EFC. EFC3/AT9.9.19. X.3035.-RE NICHROME RESISTANCE WIRE FOR RADIATORS. Will you kindly write to Messrs. Gallenkamp and ask them if they can supply Nichrome wire No. 14 or 16 gauge, suitable for use in electric resistance radiators. We must have Nichrome if possible for this purpose, as it can be run at a higher temperature without oxidising. The reason we think Messrs. Gallenkamp may be able to to supply this is because, some months ago, they supplied us with some 4" lengths of .125 dia. Nichrome wire for sparking point experiments. Kindly note this enquiry is quite distinct from any enquiries or orders asked for by Mr. Stokes. EFC. | ||
