With reference to our telephone conversation yesterday, we are glad you are willing to try to improve the performance of this car, which seems to be the same as B.2.MR prior to it being sent to you. The mileage is approximately 3,000. We are therefore arranging for the car to leave here about ten o'clock on Monday morning and it should arrive after lunch. We are anxious that this car should be ready to hand over to Mr. Gray of Jack Barclay on Wednesday evening, 1st instant, who is arriving on a train due at 4.43 p.m. Would you therefore please arrange for this car to be at the station to meet him then, unless anything unforeseen happens, as he is proceeding to Yorkshire.
