H/S X5003 To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}BY. 20/25 Rubber Engine Mounting. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}5/E18.12.34 Referring to E.3/HP/17.12.34 I am not quite clear whether you are suggesting that the light friction load damper tried by GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} on 21-G-IV should be introduced as standard on 20/25's. I will raise this point when at Derby on Thursday. It would be interesting if Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} would tell us whether he has noticed either of the phenomena referred to in the first part of the memo. on the car he is using. I noticed it a little on 20-G-IV which I had in the summer but not to any serious extent. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
