QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

Referring to the last conference held on
quarterly complaints, we have now carried out tests
on the brake strap and have proved that we materially
improve the shoe from the tendency to distort if the
castings are heat treated. By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} has agreed to do
this. We think that this is a definite step towards
reducing the number of brake seizures.
