BENTLEY 3 1/2 LITRE.

1.B.IV Feb.1933.
Big ends starting to show cracks at 12,196.
No trouble with main bearings reported.

1.B.IV July 1933.
Running stopped after 7000 miles by balance
weight leaving crankshaft.
W/MT Main bearings cracking up, pitted and scored.
W/MT Big ends breaking up.

1.B.IV Oct. 1933.
No bearing trouble reported in 10,500 miles.

1.B.IV Nov.1933.
Big ends beginning to crack up at 10,000.
No further trouble with bearings reported
after 13,000.

4.B.IV Jan. 1934. (In England).
No bearing trouble in 10,000 miles.
