The Bentley V.{VIENNA} must conform to these proposals, and although we have ordered 50 sets of material on many sections, this must not be extended to a general release until we have completed the 50,000 miles laid down above, as a basis for our future programme.

We will have to start in at once to continue our endurance running on the car which has just completed 15,000 miles in France, with all the original pieces, and make no changes except for actual failures until this car has completed 50,000 miles on the road.
