2. when not occupied, but at this mileage the rattle became very acute. The sunshine roof was inclined to rattle. After 2,000 miles the near-side front bonnet strip had worked loose. The wing stays remained tight. The changeover pin of the sun visor was apt to work loose. After going over a particularly rough stretch of road it was found that the near-side catch on the rear boot had become undone. The front windows rattled on the rough roads. In spite of the fact that the car went over a lot of very bad roads and pavé, the noise in the body did not get any worse. The door and window winders all required tightening up. J.L.E. | ||
