The O.O. are handing you four pairs of front road springs which have been built up in response to our BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /HEB {H. Biraben} 3/W28822. The object of the modifications to the springs referred to on our memo quoted was to improve their resistance to fatigue, and therefore the springs in question should be tested out on the bumper.
