Messrs. Shell-Mex Ltd.,
Shell-Mex House,
Victoria Embankment,
London, W.C.1.

For the attention of Mr. Callingham.

Dear Sirs,

We are recommending a thinner grade of oil than the standard in our Instruction Book, for use during the winter, to facilitate easy starting. We do not want to go to extremes in this connection, especially for English conditions, something of similar viscosity to Mobiloil A.F. would probably be suitable.

We shall be glad to have your recommendations on this subject.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
