HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} X7410 DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M24.10.29. X. 7410. PHANTOM II. SPORTS CAR REAR SPRINGS. With reference to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/AD191029., we shall set out the sports car in a short while. In the meanwhile we agree preliminarily to the proposed front and rear springs which you suggest. With regard to the saving of weight we are entirely in agreement with this as long as it is done by not pushing the stresses above those of the standard springs. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
