Dear Sirs,

We require 24 special low compression pistons for the Merlin.

High Duty Alloys have produced the necessary forgings, which will be reaching you this week. We shall be much indebted to you if you can machine these special pistons as quickly as possible, as they are urgently required.

I enclose drawing LM.101, which shows the dimensions.
