I am not expecting to see any drawings about China 4.
unless there are some drastic changes, when someone who can be
spared should bring them here.

It seems very improbable that you or Mr. Rowledge
or Mr. Elliott will be coming here this season unless something
unforseen should arise, and if it would be economical I could
arrange for Dodd to bring 18-EX. for improvements -

(1) To reduce the feeling of torque reactions at 18/23 MPH
by altering the engine mounting.

(2) To alter the flywheel ( to put up the 65/70 MPH.
vibration) by lightening, stiffening, and less
overhang.

No. (2) assumes that it is the flywheel and we can
put up its period.

The car could be returned and we would again run it
under the same conditions.
