Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your favour of the 12th inst., Reference "Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}8/JH", and in reply beg to advise that we are now supplying steel pins on all our Ventilators, in place of the brass hinge pins previously used, and we are sending on to you four pins in the course of a post or two to replace the brass pins on the two sets of Ventilators already supplied.

Thanking you for bringing the matter to our notice, and trusting the necessity for replacing these pins will not occasion you any inconvenience,

We are, dear Sirs,
Yours faithfully,

FOR MEAD McLEAN & CO. LTD
