With reference to your memo EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/T1/R25917, I don't know how they can do this except by carrying reservoirs of compressed gas or a balloon, even then it would be difficult to arrange nicely. At the same time there are pleasure omnibusses running with balloons on top and evidently specially arranged pipes and valves instead of the carburettors. We have nothing ready and shall not do anything in the matter unless we hear that the gas can be carried satisfactorily.
