Dear Sr.,

I was glad to see from your note to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} that Paulin is now released from his Military duties.

I don't know what the possibilities of manufacture are, but presumably one of the most useful things he could do would be to get the Corniche body completed. 2 finished chassis are at present in London waiting to be shipped to France.

The other work we are anxious to continue with is the completion of the 8-cylinder front. If we can get the designs of the front finished presumably we could use the body at present at Chateauroux and build an 8-cylinder experimental car.

You will be glad to hear that we are at present getting the design organisation going to produce experimental cars.

I expect we shall see you over here before long and we can discuss the matter in detail.

Yours sincerely,
