Tecalemit Lubrication - Pump Drive.
We attach two prints of PL.122 shewing a revised drive for the Tecalemit pump replacing the original scheme GCD.1394 because the latter suffered from serious manufacturing difficulties.
All gearboxes about to be ordered should have the servo shaft equipped with the driving square, but a plain side cover to the box should be used. The special side cover for this type of lubrication for the chassis can be ordered up on the experimental L.O.P. for this experiment.
On L.H. cars it is not possible to put the pump in the frame gusset as shewn on GCD.1410 owing to the L.H. brake rods. We shall send a scheme for this in due course.
The other schemes appertaining to the Tecalemit lubrication are GCD.1388 and GCD.1520 all of which we believe have been detailed and issued.
