Should like to discuss Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 6.B.IV.- BENTLEY. BRAKES. There is a bad rattle on the road from the rear equaliser. This comes from the bottom thread which forms the main pivot for the equaliser. We understand that this was deliberately made a sloppy fit and that the trouble will not exist in the final design but we are reporting the rattles as a matter of routine. They are possibly worse with the heavier brake rods. ----------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} Ivan M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Waller. | ||
