Citroen Front End Suspension Parts

On receipt of your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}18/KW. 15.6.36., we again communicated with Mr Parsons, who confirms that the delay is due to the strike which affected Citroen. Work was resumed in this firm last Monday, and since then Mr Parsons has claimed the parts twice, but, in view of the disorder caused by the strike, he has not yet been able to obtain satisfaction.

With reference to the second paragraph of your memo, we understand that it would be easy to get the parts corresponding to a left hand steering, but, as the parts you require are for right hand steering, this is more difficult. However, Mr Parsons has an appointment tomorrow with the chief of the Citroen Spare Parts Department, and he will do his utmost to obtain prompt delivery.

You can rest assured that we shall spare no effort to attain a favourable result, but, it must be borne in mind that, owing to the strikes, things are rather disorganized.
