EJJ. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/JMS/23.6.40. CLAN FOUNDRY. Both the doors to the big shop at the Clan are in an unsatisfactory state for opening and closing, and neither of them can be operated by the watchmen. We shall be glad if you would have them put in order. We also find that the ledges occasioned by the woodwork in the shops where we are erecting engines collects dirt which finds its way into the assembled product. The A.I.D. take exception to this. Will you please have the beams faced with the cheapest possible covering to present a flat surface. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
